Partnership and Initiative Development: Develops, implements, and evaluates new programs and initiatives that improve the effectiveness of international exchange programs and Department operations. Draws on extensive expertise with design and design-related disciplines. Maintains effective working relationships with grantee and partner organizations. Identifies new organizations with the potential for collaborating with ECA in establishing meaningful international exchange programs and other education diplomacy efforts.
